All of our Microgreens are grown in Organic Coconut Coir with an added organic liquid fertilizer made of kelp and fish product with added sea minerals
All seeds come from Johnny's Selected Seeds in Winslow, ME or high mowing seeds in vermont and are pre-tested for harmful bacteria. We only use seed which has tested negative for all harmful bacteria such as E. Coli and Salmonella so there is no risk to you, your customers, or your family.
Microgreens and shoots are grown in an enclosed warehouse in Park City, IL. All products are cut, washed, and Packaged within 48 hours of delivery.
Products last up to 10 days when properly stored. We recommend keeping them in a closed container in the refrigerator at a temperature of 35-42 Degrees Farenheit.
